We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for resume screening and related purposes. All rights to the software and platform belong to HireMore AI. The content you create or upload during your use of our services remains your property, subject to the license you grant us to provide the service.
Our services incorporate the use of third-party services, including but not limited to OpenAI, Neon DB, Amazon S3, Perplexity AI, Render.com, and Microsoft Azure Document Parser. By using our services, you agree to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
We may terminate your access to our services for violations of these terms or any illegal activities. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Our services are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HireMore AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
If any portion of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
